If you are one of the growing number of people who want to improve their confidence by taking control of their bodies and lives, there may be a new solution on the market for you: Xeomin, a new cosmetic injection for reducing frown lines on the forehead. Approved by the FDA for cosmetic use in July 2011, the cosmetic market is being swept by this new treatment for unwanted wrinkles.  Dr. Bishara  has the most experience with this new product as he was amongst the first providers in north Texas to receive this new drug through an invitation into the Merz Aesthetics Elite Providers Program.
These injections strike a perfect balance between over-the-counter solutions like creams or masks, which only treat the surface of your skin, and invasive, expensive surgical procedures. Xeomin addresses the root of the problem, working on the wrinkles, not your skin, making it highly effective in eliminating wrinkles. Unlike surface treatments, it only needs to be applied occasionally, so there is no need for complex daily anti-wrinkle rituals; unlike surgery, you can continue your life normally, with no recovery time and fewer risks.
Of course, no one wants to invest in any product without knowing just how it works and how safe it is. People worried by alarmist accounts about cosmetic injections can breathe a sigh of relief. Xeomin is safe, well-understood, and has long been in use. The only ingredient is botulinum toxin, a naturally occurring substance produced by bacteria found in nature. It has a history of use in clinical settings, so its safety for cosmetic use is already affirmed. Botulinum toxin works by preventing muscle cells where it was injected from releasing the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Without this chemical, the muscle cells exposed to botulinum toxin cannot contract, and will remain relaxed. Because the muscles are relaxed, your wrinkles will be paralyzed and therefore visibly reduced, making you look younger and more vibrant.
Xeomin is in the same chemical class as Botox. Both treatments last approximately the same amount of time, and both use botulinum toxin type A, but there are some marked advantages to using Xeomin over Botox. Notably, unlike Botox, Xeomin is classified as “naked,” meaning it contains only botulinum toxin. This may mean that it has less potential to cause immune reactions, making it safer for use.
The results are immediate, positive, and dramatic, not only on your looks, but on your confidence. Join the many people who have found that Xeomin is a great tool for achieving your ideal look.  It’s as easy as walking into Dr Bishara’s office for a short appointment, and walking out feeling more confident, looking more like you.  When you wake up in the morning loving how you look, everything else comes a little bit easier, and Xeomin can help you get there.
