What is Vaginal Rejuvenation?

Why should you consider Vaginal Rejuvenation?

Many women don’t feel comfortable about speaking about laxity or looseness to their gynecologist. Loss of sensation during intercourse can be one of the side effects of loss of laxity along with urinary incontinence and not being able to orgasm.
 

Is there a recommended age for Vaginal Rejuvenation?

There is not yet any studies that show if there is an adequate age for Vaginal rejuvenation. Although Vaginal Rejuvenation is intended to help women who have had children or those who have loss laxity due to aging.
 

Is Vaginal Rejuvenation painful?

Feedback from women who have completed the vaginal rejuvenation treatment say that there is no pain or soreness during or after the treatment. The only thing they have felt is a warm feeling.
 

Does it improve sex?

Yes!  Women who have gone thru the treatment have experienced improvement during intercourse.
 
Are there side effects to vaginal rejuevnation?

A Simple Treatment for Vaginal Laxity that Can Impact Overall Well-being is here. Geneveve  is a new way to rejuvenate your vaginal tissue and reawaken sexual sensation without surgery. What Is Vaginal Laxity?

Common causes of vaginal laxity include childbirth, other physical stress on the tissue and aging. If you experience vaginal laxity, you may also notice a difference in sensation and satisfaction during intercourse.

WHAT IS URINARY INCONTINENCE?

Urinary incontinence, or loss of bladder control, is a frustrating problem for millions. Never knowing when and where you might have an accident can affect everything from work to exercise to your social life. It happens to both men and women, but it’s more common in women. Studies show that at least half of older women may have some form of incontinence. The main symptom is peeing unexpectedly. If you leak a bit when you laugh, cough, sneeze, jog, or lift something heavy, you may have stress incontinence. This is the most common bladder control problem in younger women. Stress incontinence happens when the muscles and tissues around the opening of the bladder are weak. When there’s more pressure against the bladder and this opening doesn’t stay closed, leakage happens. Pressure from coughing or laughing may be all it takes for you to leak. There are a few reasons why these muscles can lose strength: They may be stretched by weight gain, a sports injury, or pregnancies and vaginal childbirths.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THE GENEVEVE TREATMENT?

Clinical studies have shown statistically improvement in vaginal tightening, to pre-childbirth levels, at 1 to 12 months following a single, treatment. At 12 months, improved and sustained tightening was shown in 90% of the women as well as improvement in sexual satisfaction. A third clinical study showed that women who received the Geneveve treatment showed more vaginal tightening at 6 months than women who did not receive the treatment.

While using cryogen-cooled monopoly radiofrequency the Geneveve treatment begins to deliver gentle volumetric heating while cooling the surface tissue. This unique technology is the only treatment with algorithmically-controlled cooling. Substantial heating at depth is required to both tighten and strengthen the tissue and Geneveve’s cryogen-cooled monopoly radiofrequency (CMRF) technology delivers volumetric heating at precise temperatures to stimulate robust neocollagenesis.
Geneveve uses advanced technologies to ensure a comfortable and successful treatment experience. Its reverse thermal gradient cools and protects the surface mucosa while enabling significant heating of deep tissue, while it’s capacitive coupling distributes energy evenly across the treatment tip for uniform heating. Viveve undertook and successfully completed a multicenter, blinded, randomized, sham controlled study of an elective vaginal procedure to assess the effect the treatment had on women suffering from the changes their bodies undergo after vaginal childbirth. This study demonstrated that there were NO serious adverse events in patients treated with the active treatment. The study also showed that improvement of arousal and/or orgasm was statistically significant as self-reported by 9 out of 10 patients. Further, two previous pilot clinical trials conducted by Viveve in the U.S. and Japan, showed sustained tightening at 12 months.
